
Any good Stephen King story is ripe with evil and terrible characters, and It is no exception. Generally speaking, each one of these characters is incredibly likable, written well, and performed with near perfection.Įach cast member stands out in their own regard, including various antagonistic characters. The crew eventually meet up with Ben (Jeremy Ray Taylor), an overweight boy who is new in town.Įventually, Beverly (Sophia Lillis) and Mike (Chosen Jacobs) join the group as well, attempting to help Bill in the search for his brother.

Along with friends Richie (Finn Wolfhard), Eddie (Jack Dylan Grazer), and Stanley (Wyatt Oleff), Bill spends his summer off of school trying to search for his missing brother. The assumed leader of the Losers’ Club, Bill Denbrough (Jaeden Lieberher) is haunted by his younger brother’s recent disappearance.


Coming from various backgrounds with a common factor of violence and neglect, each member of the Losers’ Club has something that eats away at them.ĭuring the first portion of the film, we are slowly introduced to each main character, with a focus on what truly scares them the most.
